Understanding the Engagement

What exactly is OpsReset™?
OpsReset™ is a 3 to 6 month structured engagement that moves growth-stage companies from fragmented, reactive operations to a single, accountable performance system. It covers operational architecture, process design, Odoo ERP implementation, and governance structure. It is not consulting advice or a strategy deck. We build the actual system and hand it off to your team.

Most consultants deliver a report or a set of recommendations and then leave. A fractional COO steps into an ongoing leadership role. OpsReset™ is different from both. We come in with a defined scope, build the operational infrastructure your business needs, implement the systems, train your team, and hand everything off. The goal is that when we are done, your business runs better without us needing to be there.

OpsReset™ moves through four phases. We start with a discovery and diagnostic phase where we interview your leadership team, map your current workflows, and identify the specific bottlenecks. From there we move into operational architecture and system blueprint, then implementation, and finally performance governance where we ensure adoption and hand off to your team. You and your leadership team are involved at key decision points throughout, but we handle the heavy lifting.

Engagements typically run 3 to 6 months depending on the complexity of your operations, the number of departments involved, and the scope of the Odoo implementation. Timeline is determined during the diagnostic call and may take longer for complex organizations.
Your team is trained and running on the new system before we close the engagement. We include a 90-day post-implementation support period to troubleshoot, refine, and ensure your team is confident and self-sufficient. Ongoing optimization support is available after that if needed.

How much does OpsReset™ cost?
Every engagement is scoped individually based on the complexity of your operations, the number of departments and processes involved, and the depth of the Odoo implementation. We do not publish flat rates because a one-size-fits-all price would not serve you well. Investment and scope are discussed honestly during the OpsReset™ Diagnostic Call so you have full clarity before making any decision.
We work with growth-stage companies typically between $2M and $50M in annual revenue. The right fit is a founder-led or small executive team that has outgrown their current systems and is ready to make structural changes to how the business operates.
If you are spending more than a few hours a week pulling data together manually, if your team keeps missing handoffs or deadlines, if you cannot answer basic operational questions without chasing information, or if you are growing but your systems have not kept up, you are likely ready. Not necessarily all at once. Part of the OpsReset™ process is assessing your current tools and determining what stays, what gets replaced, and in what order. Odoo is modular, so we can start with the areas that are causing the most pain and expand from there.
Implementation disruption is real and we plan for it from day one. We phase the implementation deliberately, run parallel systems where necessary, and time major transitions to minimize impact on your team and your clients. Change management and team adoption are built into every phase of OpsReset™, not treated as an afterthought.
Adoption is one of the most common failure points in ERP implementations and it is something we take seriously. We design training around how your team actually works, not generic product walkthroughs. Role-based training, documented SOPs, and a 90-day support period after go-live are all part of how we ensure your team is confident and consistent on the new system.

Odoo integrates with a wide range of third-party tools through APIs and native connectors. As part of the implementation, we assess your existing technology stack and build an integration plan that connects what needs to be connected and replaces what no longer serves you.

Who will we be working with directly?
You work directly with Eunice Torres throughout the engagement. EfficientEdge Strategies is not a large agency where you meet a senior partner and then get handed off to a junior team. Eunice leads every OpsReset™ engagement personally, supported by Kerry Gick on operations and project management and our Odoo Solutions Architects David Auerbach and Agustin Wisky on implementation.
EfficientEdge Strategies is based in St. Cloud, Florida and serves clients across Central Florida and nationally. Most engagement work is conducted remotely with on-site visits scheduled as needed based on scope.
